Experience-based industrial design

Experience-based industrial design: Mark Delaney of Samsung describes how hardware manufacturers have had to focus recently more on the experience of using their offerings. I think this is an important point for Macromedia Central, and for delivering to pocket devices... not only "is the application useful?" but "does the application fit the user's day?" and "is the application fun and addictive to use?".
