Flex hiring
Flex hiring: The link here is to a post in the FlexCoders mailing list, for a particular couple of positions in Silicon Valley. But I'm linking to it because I see a pattern of similar posts... a company makes the decision to implement using this development path, and then often hires a couple of experienced hands for the job too. The hiring pattern is a little bit different than what we've seen in other tools.
