Video warez'd
Video warez'd: I linked to the Videoblogging mailing list on Yahoo last week, but the conversation escalated over the weekend, with hundreds of new messages. People who invest time in making videos with RSS notifications of the content are dealing with the same issues musicians dealt with since MP3 arrived, and which software makers have dealt with since the internet arrived. It's an important question: how do the rights of the producer of a digital file and a potential user of that digital file compare? I suspect this videoblogging tempest may eventually be a landmark in our understanding of this issue....
