On the Info panel, click the Cross Hairs icon (with the small right-facing triangle) to quickly change the units of measurement used to track cursor coordinates.
Is there a way to save the coordinates (x, y) and measurements (h, w) of a selection in a Photoshop Info Panel without having to write them down? I need to identify about 400 areas to be hotspots on some very large panels. Thanks for any assistance you can provide.

You can record measurements (and selections) using the Measurement tool in Photoshop CS5 Extended.
