After selecting Edit > Puppet Warp, click on the mesh to add pins to adjust the warp. The more pins you place on the image, the more control you’ll have over the warp. Use the Options bar to set the rigidity of the warp: normal – maintains pixel fidelity, distort is highly elastic and drastically expands or contracts the distortion. To delete a single pin, position the cursor over the pin while holding the Option (Mac) / Alt (Win) key and when the icon changes to a pair of scissors, click to “cut” (delete). Use the Shift key to select and reposition multiple pins simultaneously.
