Julieanne, does the auto advance work with the short cut keys ctrl. + up/down arrow key….I thought it did at one time…does not seem to work now..It does work with “p” “x” keys..a LR3.4 thing? thanks

It does not work – and I think I would argue against auto-advancing with the ctrl+/- flagging option because it’s a relative control – moving the status up or down while the p and x keys are absolute. ( ie, you’ve made the choice, the app can move forward). What if you wanted to control + twice to move an image from reject to pick? Would LR pause and wait for a couple clicks? Hmmm.
I hope that explanation helps, and that you can use the p and x keys instead if you want to use the auto advance…
