• Command + F (Mac) | Control + F (Win) displays the Filter bar and highlights the text attribute so that you can quickly search.

• Command + L (Mac) | Control + L (Win) toggle filters on and off. The difference is that this shortcut takes you to the last filter used, not necessarily the text filters.

And don’t forget, you can always filter upon multiple items by Shift -clicking on multiple parameters (such as dates or file types).

    The filter shortcut I try to remember is that the \ key shows or hides the filter bar.
