When using the Crop tool, Control -click (Mac) / Right Mouse -click (Win) will display the majority of options associated with the crop tool including Reset Crop, Rotate Crop Box, default aspect Ratios, Saved Presets and more. In fact, many of the tools in Photoshop have context sensitive menus that you can use to help speed up your workflow so be sure to try Control -click (Mac) / Right Mouse -click (Win) with all of the tools!

Pressing Control on Windows (and probably Cmd on Mac) when Crop Tool is active will switch to Straighten tool.
Hello Julieanne,
How do I disable the Cropping Grid Lines in PSCS6? I see that CS6 has greatly improved the Cropping Tool but I probably won’t use all of the features.
Click the Grid icon in the Options bar to access the options (including Never Show Overlay).
Thanks Julieanne for your response. I was looking for Disable Grid View but I did not see it on the drop down menu. Just different Terminology that I did not understand @ the time. Do you have a training video of CS6? I see that CS6 is way more comprehensive than PS7. I have your PS 7 set. I have tried the Chris Orwig DVD and he moves way too fast for me. It is like Chris wants to demonstrate everything he knows about PS but this method is not really about teaching people that want to learn, which comes much Slower.
