    G’day from Australia Julieanne,

I thought I would drop this note as I wanted to tell you something and ask you something. I have been a follower of yours for some time and I have never taken the courage to reach out and say thank you for all your hard work. I find your blog posts inspirational and your tutorials very informative. So thank you :D

Next I wanted to ask a request for a tutorial. I have noticed with LR5 that Smart Previews is now available. I want to be able to take advantage of this feature, but am struggling a bit trying to find any documentation about it. Most of the tutorials I have found all cover the same thing.

Specifically, I am a professional photographer, with a LR5 catalogue of about 70K images. The catalogue, raw images and derivatives (workflow as per Peter Krogh, Te DAM book) is just shy of 2TB. I do a far amount of travelling and I was wondering if there is a way that I could take my entire catalogue as smart previews? And specifically what my work flow would actually be.

Anyway, I hope you are able to consider this request. I think it would make for an interesting tutorial. And again, thank you.

    Cheers

    Kingsley
