Resizing Images Using Open Documents

Adobe Photoshop

To make a document the same size as another open document, while in the Image Size or Canvas Size dialog box, select the other open document from the bottom of the Window menu (PS will automatically fill in the values).

Hi Julieanne Kost. I not understand how to do this. Can you make a video on this post?

Hi julieanne. I must be missing something on this also – unless you close the ‘dialogue box’ you can’t click anywhere else ? Love your tips but can’t get this one – thanks

Azhar, I found this a little confusing too at first. The Window menu Julieanne is referring to is not on the image or canvas size dialog but is the one on the main Photoshop menu. While the image/canvas size dialog is open you can still pull down the Window menu from the main menu and choose the other image to size to.
