My filters menu in Photoshop 7 has been reduced to a few options. What happened and how do I restore it back?

[I'm afraid I have no idea, though maybe your plug-ins folder has gone missing, leaving only the built-in filters to show up in that menu. Try resetting preferences by holding down Cmd-Opt-Shift/Ctrl-Alt-Shift while launching PS. --J.]
