Alan, surely you mean IBM produced chips?  Apple stopped using Mororola chips with the end of the 6800 series.  The PowerPC chips were produced in a joint venture with IBM, IIRC.

		<description><![CDATA[Any idea if it will fix performance issues with the older motorola chip G5&#039;s? I have a dual 2.0 with 8gb of ram and it&#039;s pretty slow. Really choppy when you try to slide the sliders in the develop module. Thanks.
