Hey John,
I have a question unconnected with this post but relevant to Adobe.
My workplace has a legit copy of Photoshop CS2 that we tried to load & register last week but received an "invalid" reg. code error.
We called Adobe Cust. Serv. and they told us to return it to the reseller for a new copy but we may not be able to b/c we're not sure if the reseller is still online... (we are awaiting a reply from the email we have).
Being that it is (as far as we can tell) a legit copy which I took the seal plastic off, can we return it to Adobe HQ for replacement if we can't contact the the online reseller?
Obviously, Adobe would need to verify the copy but I don't imagine that would be hard....
Let me know either way,
Cheers
Steven
