Dear John Nack (and Adobe),
Timothy Armes PLUS plugin and the work of the PLUS coalition is a huge step forward for professional photographers.
First, opening up standard metadata fields for things like model or property release is a huge help. Second, standardization of terms and contracts should benefit both creatives and their clients.
