Remember how I mentioned that the free, fast Pixel Bender plug-in for Photoshop CS5 includes a cool new oil painting filter? Now Russell Brown shows how to put it to good use:

    Enjoyed the tutorial and this looks like a fun thing to play around with. Though I’m finding it is buggy on my system (Vista). If mouse to drag sliders, works fine. If use keyboard to enter a direct value or arrow-up/down to modify, then Photoshop crashes.
