Apple provides the Quartz Composer framework that can, among other things, do image manipulation. Is there a way to get Photoshop CS 5 to use the Quartz Composer image filters? Do you know of a third party tool that allows one to do that? Are there plans to add this to Photoshop in the future?]]></description>
