What happens if you are left handed, or for that matter, all thumbs………:)

If you are left handed, the UI controls are switched from right to left.

As Barry says, if you are left handed all the controls stay consistent. For example, color is always selected with the index finger, regardless of which hand you use.

One of the goals when we built this was to make something that would work just as well for left handed users as right handed users.

Oh and if you are “all thumbs” or want to use a stylus, there will be alternate option to bring up the UI by tapping a hotspot in one of the upper corners.
