isn't this what Apple's iCloud PhotoStream is promising ?

admittedly they only deal with the last 1000 shots but that's quite a lot!

i guess the missing piece in their system is getting the shots from a camera (assuming your camera is not an iPhone) to PhotoStream, but hopefully Eye-Fi are working on that (and hopefully Eye-Fi are working on a CF card damnit!).

That sound cool, but to be honest, I would really prefer to have the thumbnail of my PSD in Windows Explorer. I can't buy Adobe & Microsoft explanations about that... I am force to use Bridge or Mini-bridge only because of that...

(The dll trick does not work on Windows 7 64bits.)

"So those hundreds of photos you took while touring through Italy with your smartphone would also appear in the library on your tablet device and at home on your laptop…just like that."

WOW!! Just like that?? How cool would THAT be?? I mean... that'd totally be like... like... gee, ICLOUD?

[No, it would be better. Thanks for the uninformed snark, though. --J.]

<_<

My tip: http://www.apple.com/icloud/what-is.html ... notice the animation at the top...
