I always since i first tried after effects wonder why the heck photoshop didn't do something similar with the way you search and apply filters...
The way you can find filters are just so much more smart...
All i have to know is the name of a effect and i can find it quick,,

And another filter thing, I wonder when the time for a good preview of some effects will come. Like if i choose filter > blur > motion blur, i get this tiny preview window.. i can zoom in with these plus and minus buttons.. It's really amazing that this menu navigation is still here.. in 2012.
I think the PS team should give this UI a major rework.
I understand that when it was build filter was very cpu heavy and a small preview was needed..

Looks very fine, indeed...

It seems like I'm the only one that would want to be able to control the blending modes when changing the filters settings :(

Maybe should I post a feature request on their forum... like I did for Photoshop: http://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family/topics/photoshop_fade_blend_modes_opacity_built_in_the_filters_interface?from_gsfn=true
