Even with HMTL 5 the final video standards do not seem fully settled so you are going to need to live with plug-ins for at least a little while longer. If there is interest we could post this video on Adobe TV which serves up multiple video formats to overcome potential plug-in issues.

We are looking into ways we could maybe have internal servers within an organization be able to handle distribution and updates of products. Thanks for highlighting this use case.
