    When setting the frame delay times, you can save a bit of hassle by selecting both frames in the timeline and popping up the delay time menu on one of them. The delay you choose will then be applied to all the selected frames.

    A 4MB+ animated GIF is a bit extreme, too (you can see the resulting file size in the lower-left corner of the Save For Web dialog). Reducing its dimensions will drastically reduce its size, allowing it to load faster. That’s especially important for mobile sites.
