The AIR 3.4 beta adds new features for out-of-browser applications across platforms. This release provides access to the AIR 3.4 runtime and SDK for Windows, Mac OS, iOS and Android. The key features and benefits of AIR 3.4 are: iOS 5.1 SDK Support, Exception Support in Native Extensions for iOS, iOS Push Notifications, AIR direct deployment (without iTunes).
Flash Player is a cross-platform, browser-based application runtime that provides uncompromised viewing of expressive applications, content, and videos across browsers and operating systems.
The Flash Player 11.4 beta release provides access to the AIR 3.4 SDK for Windows and Mac to target Windows, Mac OS, iOS and Android. The key features and benefits of AIR 3.4 are: Concurrency (ActionScript Workers), Stage3D constrained mode, StageVideo.attachCamera,Camera.copyToByteArray/Camera.copyToVector.

Thanks to all the excellent feedback received from users of Adobe Fireworks CSS3 Mobile Pack, many features and improvements have been incorporated into the current version of Adobe Fireworks CS6. Adobe Fireworks CSS3 Mobile Pack is now being retired from Adobe Labs.
