Updated Cirrus video phone sample application now available on Labs
The Video Phone application is a sample application utitlizing codename Cirrus (previously codename Stratus) that allows a user to make a video call to another user who is also connected to the Video Phone application. This application relies on a simple HTTP service to exchange Flash Player’s peer ID.

Adobe Red3 Importer Prelease Available on Labs
Adobe support for RED Mysterium X™ updates the RED™ support in Adobe After Effects CS5 and Adobe Premiere Pro CS5 to support the latest Color Science and Firmware for RED ONE™ Digital Cinema Cameras.
RED provides a state-of-the-art digital video camera for the high-end professional video market (the RED ONE). In order to import and manipulate footage from the RED ONE camera into Adobe Premiere Pro CS5 and Adobe After Effects CS5, Adobe has developed a special software plug-in (this download). This plug-in allows the user to see and hear content captured on a RED ONE Camera (import and playback), as well as take advantage of the advanced color options available from RED, providing a seamless workflow within Adobe’s products.

CinemaDNG Now Available on Labs
When film is used as the capture medium, cinematographers take great care when handling source film footage. Developed in response to the move to digital capture by many cinematographers, CinemaDNG is a digital replacement for film negatives that helps cinematographers ensure that their digitally captured scenes retain their pristine quality so they can be used to deliver the film’s artistic vision. CinemaDNG is similar to the popular DNG format used for digital still photography but adds elements to specifically support digital cinema workflows.
