LiveCycle PDF Generator ES2 System Readiness Tool (SRT)

LiveCycle ES2 comes packaged with a tool called the System Readiness Tool (SRT) that can be used to verify that the server is configured properly for PDF Generator ES2 to work as designed.

LiveCycle Configuration Manager (LCM) can be used to run this. It can also be run independently because it is a script that can be run with the Windows Scripting Host. If you experience failures with PDF Generator operations, this is one of the first things you could try to debug the problem.

1) Navigate to %LIVECYCLE_INSTALL_ROOT%\pdfg_srt

2) Run the tool with a command such as follows:
cscript SystemReadinessTool.vbs C:\TEMP Locale en

3) Once the script finishes, navigate to C:\TEMP and load the SystemReadinessTool.html file in a browser.

In the SRT report, the Microsoft components are not coming as green or Ok. But the microsoft office suite is installed on the windows machine.
What could be the reason for it not getting picked up by SRT tool test ?
This is messing up the Create PDF test of PDFGenerator module in Livecycle ES2 which is currently installed on this new window machine.
