There is a new feature in ADEP Document Services (formerly LiveCycle) that is designed to prevent Cross Site Request Forgery (CSRF). Adobe’s Marcel Boucher has a blog entry about it here (based on his personal experience).
If you have installed ADEP Document Services and are having trouble accessing the AdminUI or any other ADEP URL from a remote machine, the CSRF Filter might be at work and would need to be customized.
