Just a quick note that we’ve recently published an article on the Macromedia Developer Center (DevNet) related to the Flex Style Explorer. In addition to the things that have already been mentioned here, there’s also an analysis of the Designer-Developer workflow, and how the Flex Style Explorer can help to bridge that gap. That Flex Style Explorer always seemed promising. I can’t wait to try my fingers coding a Flex app, or two.
I was wondering if the source for the flex style explorer could be released. (FLA? MXML?) Acctually, the only reason I’m intrested in it is to see how you guys did the “shiny” panels.
Thank You,
Nik
As for the shiny panels, an explanation about how that was done is in the blog entry on the Updated Flex Style Explorer. Basically, it’s a swf with transparency as a background image. As for source code, I’ll comment in the original post.
Thank you for your sample.I am a student from China.I wish you give more samples.Thank you very much!!
