Flash Platform Smart Category at MXNA

FYI, I have created a temporary Flash Platform Smart Category at the Macromedia XML News Aggregator (MXNA). This will make it easy to keep up will all of the buzz and discussions around our Flash Platform announcements today.

You can view the Smart Category here.

We also have an RSS feed for the Smart Category which you can grab here.

    Sorry to ‘gatecrash’ on this post. Was looking around at the Javascript and Flash Integration kit that you guys did. Splendid job there with a reasonably clear documentation.Just a question though, it is mentioned that we can call the methods directly on the JavaScriptProxyClass, for e.g.
proxy.javaScriptMethodName(“arg1”, new Object());
However, if i am not wrong, if we want to call the methods directly (as above), we cannot typecast the proxy.
var proxy:JavaScriptProxy = new JavaScriptProxy();
Doing this, we will get an error during compile-time typechecking, the “javascriptMethodName” is not found.Am I correct on this?
