Any Adobe Developer that is part of any Adobe Creative Suite pre-release program. You can confirm your eligibility by logging in at https://prerelease.adobe.com/login.html . If you can successfully log-in, you can attend. If you are not a member of any pre-release program, please contact Mark Niemann-Ross at mnr@adobe.com
