Public Developer Summit Recordings

The Creative Suite Developer Summit presented three days of information for developers of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, InCopy, Version Cue and Bridge. Many of these presentations required a Non-Disclosure agreement with Adobe – but some did not. Here is a list of the presentations that are available to all developers without restriction.

Why Creative Suite Developers Care about Apollo

If you’re developing for InDesign, you may not give much thought to Acrobat, Flash, or other “non-paper” distribution methods. If you’re working on Photoshop or Illustrator, you probably have a bit more awareness.

However, if you’re at all associated with the newspaper or magazine segments, then you probably already know that Ziff Davis has decided to discontinue Playstation Magazine . The internet is hurting print – most newspapers will agree that falling distribution numbers can be attributed to consumers getting news online.

Developer Summit Recordings are now available

All of the recordings from the Creative Suite Developer Summit are now available. I have posted them in the Developer Summit area of the pre-release forum.

You can find the recordings by logging into http://prerelease.adobe.com . Enter the “Adobe Developer Summit” area. If you cannot see this link, click on the “Global Settings” link in the lower right corner of the login page.

In Global settings, click on the “Show Recruitments” checkbox.

Go to the home page, and you will now be able to join the developer summit area.
