Thanks for the fix on this issue. I spent a few hours today trying to figure it out. As the author of the form, is there a way to fix the field appearances before I send it out–so my users don’t have to download the fix?? Thanks!

Thanks for the comment. As the form author you wouldn’t be the source of the problem. This issue only occurs when users fill out the form using Mac Preview and then send the form to someone else that has Reader or Acrobat.
