Why only a video? How about a list of new features? I really, really, dislike watching videos like this. A list is much better, you can easily refer to it, a video you need to back up or search…blah.

Unfortunately it is probably because there are not enough new features to list. Any mature company would have this kind of information available from day 1. I like the tool, but I wish I could say more positive things.

I just want to know if they’ve done away with all the bugs. I used to use v3 and am now in 9 and for some reason, the audio levels in the films come out uneven. In the old version, this only happened in the slideshows, not in Premiere. Now it happens in Premiere. One would think that a developer would not want to break what was working…

Can you still have multiple photos showing at the bottom? I use it for scrapbooking and I need to put many elements in the bottom. Looks like it is gone.

RE: Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 & Adobe Premiere Elements 11…. I’d like to know if you have a MAC version. Would I need an earlier version of Photoshop in order to run the new/subject application? Thanks!

Very disappointed that I cannot import video from a Canon Vixia M500 camcorder directly into Premiere Elements but instead have to mess with saving the files to my computer and then adding them from a folder. Canon is a major camera company. The Vixia M500 is one of their mid-range camcorders. The type of video it shoots is supported by Premiere Elements. The flash memory mounts on my computer. The camera’s contents can be directly imported into iMovie. I’m very disappointed that Adobe can’t provide better support for importing video. For an application that claims it is going to make editing my videos easy to do, the importation of my video makes it more difficult from the start.

I had a photoshop program years ago and i loved the way it extracted photos from every hidden area of my computer and deleted the duplicates, then i bought a new computer and used picassa and ended up with photos everywhere.Recently i purchased elements 11 mostly to organize all my photos i ended up with thousands of duplicates and cant find a easy way to delete them! do i need to find another of your products to do this? I cant find any usefull help on your site!

I am using a macbok Pro with mountain lion (OS 10.8) and bought photoshop elements 11 because i am familiar with photoshop elements on windows and because I want to store my photos in named folders not embedded in iPhoto.

But when I try to import photos from my camera it doesnt recognise duplicates that have already been imported (and which I have not deleted because I want to keep them on my camera card as a backup when travelling or on my iphone to refer to when I am away from my computer.) So it re-imports them and adds a suffix to the new copy (-1, -2, -3 etc) and will clog up my harddrive unless I remember which ones have already been imported and then manually uncheck all and reselect only the new ones, running the risk of missing some (not to mention the annoyance of having to do this)

It seems that PSE organiser has a bug in that it uses the ‘date created’ info in the metadata to identify duplicates. But PSE actually changes the ‘date created’ for each new copy to be the time of import. So next time I import and PSE organiser looks at that image and sees the original, unmodified ‘date created’, it thinks it is a different photo and does not mark it as a duplicate.

Reading the forums, this problem has apparently existed with previous versions as well but noone else that i can see has mentioned the metadata date modification. Do the developers have any intention of removing this bug?

I wonder whether there is someone who takes care for Bugs in Premiere 11.
I can’t find a serious support in the WEB all is inundated by ADOBE with the only theme buy, buy, buy.

I decided to go back to premiere 10 as this SW is more stable.

It costs me the most precious thing in my life “TIME” to go through the internet to search for serious support (Adobe snows the customers with advertisement rubbish).

Hope there exists someone in Adobe who replies, so I can show the bugs and how the system freezes and all work is spoiled.

It is a bug in the very much promoted comic filter that I think Adobe should run a patch release on. If you run Mavericks, 10.9, and Elements 11 and try to open the Comic filter (and two other filters) Elements 11 goes down and you have to restart the program.

Please distribute a fix to this!

I rec’d Elements 1 a year and a ½ ago and just got around to using it on my MacBook Pro.(Mac OS X version 10.7.5) It is ridiculously slow. It takes 10 minutes to download a photo. Then each task is another 4-5 minutes. What is wrong? What can I do to fix this? Help! I’m working on photos for a graduation party.
