Android Game Development

While I can appreciate the value of having PS on a smartphone/android platform, I am more interested in a fuller experience using layers for an android tablet. With the increasing processing power available in such tabs as Xoom, will there be a PSE or PS that will run on an android tab? I prefer the tab since I can use a stylus directly on the screen (a la Wacom) while I understand the heavy lifting is better left for the desktop. One great feature would be to have the andriod tab act as the input for the desktop full-bore PS so that while I commute (2 hours a day, each way on a train) I can perform the low processing actions then save the grunt work for when I get home. Whaddya think?

I have elements 7.0 on my computer & a droid x phone will they work together & will there be any conflicts downloading photos both ways?
