Introducing the Photoshop & Lightroom Feedback Tab on Facebook

Last week, Maria Yap shared in her “Thank You to the 2 Million Fans” blog post how much the connection with customers means to us. The team believes that listening to customers and developing products that help meet your specific needs is a priority. At times, Photoshop and Lightroom have been offered as public betas to gather user feedback prior to final release. We’ve found this type of open communication helps us establish a meaningful dialogue that positively impacts the quality of our products.

As Adobe’s Chief Customer Advocate for Digital Imaging, I’m excited to announce that we’re launching new Feedback Tabs on our Photoshop & Lightroom Facebook pages that work hand in hand with a feedback area we recently launched on Photoshop.com. We hope that these new Feedback Tabs will be a useful resource for learning about our products and influencing our product development teams with ideas and requests.

We’re interested in what changes you would like see in our products. Do you have an idea for a feature that would help your workflow? Is there a small change that could make your life a little easier? Let us know!

Before posting your ideas using the Feedback Tabs take a moment now to review the Community Guidelines and Company & Customer Pact. To avoid redundancy, you can easily search for topics similar to yours prior to posting a new topic.

Let’s keep this community a positive one! We hope this is a friendly place that allows for varying opinions and ideas and steers clear of rumor or speculation. We appreciate everyone keeping a focus on the products and providing constructive suggestions/feedback that will ultimately help us deliver the very best products for you.

Best,
