Reviewing Adobe Captivate Projects

One of the flagship features of Adobe Captivate 4 is the ability to comment on SWF files. The workflow is described in the following image.

Comments

The file will not open in Adobe Captivate 3, and even if it does, most features will not work as intended.

General question:
If a coworker has Captivate4 and creates a *.cp file. Will I be able to edit it if I have Captivate3?
