Flex Data Services 2: Flash Player incorrectly redirects to the Adobe Download Center instead of the initial MXML page

(Hot fix) When a user does not have the required version of the Flash Player and browses to an MXML application, the Express Install process prompts the user to install the current version of the Flash Player. After the Flash Player is updated, the user is incorrectly redirected to the Adobe Flash Player Download Center instead of the initial MXML page.

ColdFusion MX 7.0.1: Hot fix to workaround Active Content update to Internet Explorer

(Hot fix) Microsoft has made updates to Internet Explorer that change the way active content is displayed. Users will see changes as they use cfforms with Flash controls or Java controls. The cfchart tag is also affected. Internet Explorer will generate a popup with the text “Click or hit enter to activate this control.” Adobe has published a hot fix that will allow CFForm to behave as it did previously.

(Hot fix) This TechNote provides a link to the JRun4 Updater 6 hot fix JAR file that contains the fix for the following JRun defect:
61591 – getBlob() function used to retrieve blob from the resultset doesn’t work properly with remote Java clients. It works properly with local lookup.

ColdFusion MX 7.0.1: Hot fix available for Microsoft IIS truncation for headers larger than 8k

(Hot fix) The IIS connector truncates headers larger than 8k bytes. This creates issues for a very small number of applications that use headers slightly larger than 8k. Both the IIS 5 and 6 connectors are affected.

Flex 1.5 hot fix: Internet Explorer Update affects embedded ActiveX controls

(Hot fix) Microsoft’s update to Internet Explorer was published on February 28, 2006. This update changes how Internet Explorer handles some web pages that use ActiveX controls. Certain web pages, including the default Flex wrapper page for Flash Player, may require users to manually activate ActiveX controls by clicking on the control or using the TAB key and ENTER key. Adobe is releasing a patch to Flex 1.5 in order to generate an HTML wrapper page that is not affected by this change.

60495 – JRun deadlocks when load testing an application that has around 100k or more of session data per user and the application locks the session object when making any change to it.
