sorry- i know it's way off topic to post here, however somehow i much more believe in _personal_ communication than writing to support@ or somewhere else to space..

i've been trying trial of flash cs3 and since i'm quite confident in previous versions - it was easy to get on track quickly. however i've immediately found FEW super-annoying issues which ..i can't understand- either it's a problem with me or..any real beta tester working with flash full time should had mentioned:

1. in/out fades when switching between applications (i'm on mac). i jump very often with option+tab or just hide foreground application, etc. but everytime i'm back to flash- i have to WAIT part of a second until panels appear. boooy this sucks so much that after spending few evenings always getting such penalties on application switch - i start to miss flash8. yup, it wasn't universal binary and worked constantly much slower but somehow it forced to adapt oneself to slowed-down workflow and didn't make me nervous every few minutes..

please- is there some way to DISABLE interface fade in/out??? if there isn't - please, could you add it to preferences or some parameter in external file. it's a must!
actually this concern all CS3 applications - fade eyecandy is VEEERY annoying for really fast-working persons.

2. this relates flash cs3 directly: once writing actionscript in action panel and running 'test movie' (option+enter), then closing that test window (option+w) - flash authoring returns with LOST FOCUS to action panel.
i couldn't find a better way to continue scripting without clicking mouse into actions panel - the only painful workaround i've found is to hit actions panel shortcut TWICE (to close/reopen panel) to get focus back without touching a mouse..

please- any chance to get such simple fixes earlier than in few years with cs4? :,(

i've downloaded this version it says its installed and now i cant view and flash videos on the web please helpp
