Replace colors
Replace colors in selected objects or throughout a document. If you change a color throughout a document, the color changes in all sheets of the document.

You can use these commands to quickly change colors in a template.
Replace fonts
Replace fonts in selected text objects or throughout a document. If you change a font in a document, the font changes in all sheets of the document.
