Selection Editor Arrange


 

Selection Editor

Use the Selection Editor to modify objects. The Selection Editor displays only the options related to the selected object.

 

 

To: Do this:
Open the Selection Editor Hover over the edit icon next to a selected object.
Move the Selection Editor panel Drag the edit icon.
Fix the Selection Editor position for all objects Double-click the edit icon.
Make parts of the Selection Editor transparent Press Esc.
Release the edit icon’s position Double-click the edit icon again.

 



Arrange

Use the Arrange panel to move objects in front of and behind other objects. You can also use the panel to group and ungroup objects.

 

 

To: Do this:
Move a selected object closer to the front Choose Selection Editor > Arrange > Bring Forward.
Move the selected object farther back Choose Selection Editor > Arrange > Send Backwards.
Put the selected object in front of all other objects Choose Selection Editor > Arrange > Bring to Front.
Put the selected object behind all other objects Choose Selection Editor > Arrange > Send Backwards.

 
The Objects panel shows the stacking order of the objects from front to back.
