  • Hello, I enjoyed the slides from your blog “A practical introduction to Web analytics for technical communicators.” I found this info while searching for info on Google analytics and RoboHelp. What I don’t know is *how* to implement the analytics in RoboHelp. All the information I find from searching is old. Can you direct me to some information on how to do this for an HTML5 help system created with RoboHelp? Thank you.

  • Hi,

I have really got some good things out of your blog – I wonder if you are able to shed some light on a mystery for me.
I am using Adobe Lifecycle ES2 (yes I know its out of date) for Forms.
I am trying to find out if you can set a form up so you are not allowed to finally save it until each and every field has been populated by the user?

Any comments would be greatly received.
