Acrobat and SWF movies?

Now, some of my friends say I'm "cunning like a fox".... or was that "as smart as a cardboard box"? Well, whatever, I know you've been wondering how to get great content into your Acrobat PDF files.... let me help... I have collueagues who are significantly smarter than a cardboard box and they'd love to help.
