Back from a short holiday

Flew back from Italy on Sunday night, woke up Monday and by the afternoon had a cold, aww blow it, let's call it man-flu. Why does this always happen on flights to me?

In the US there is an over the counter product line called Zicam. My wife and I use the nasal swabs prior to and after departure from a commercial flight. It is Zinc based and builds immunity to airborne bacteria. We also us alcohol based hand wipes after using railings in public stairs. I hope this helps.
