I am sure Adobe must be thinking to have some consulting presence in India. There are many companies (Mphasis, Kanbay, Mastek, Tata Interactive Systems, Infosys - later dropped Flex because of RTL issue etc) who are(were)Flex projects and been looking for consultants/help.
