		<description><![CDATA[This is great!  I couldn&#039;t agree more.  However, I don&#039;t see that design will be &quot;taken away&quot; from designers.  I rather see Business Analysts and User Experience Designers/Professionals merging.  The reality today is that many Business Analysts already handle design and user experience responsibilities when no or few design resources are available.

In our organization, we only hire Business Analysts who have a high propensity and appreciation for User Experience.  User-centered design is a part of everything we do to help clients better elicit, define, design and deliver software requirements.  Without user experience skills, Business Analysts cannot properly elicit and document requirements.

Although it was nice to show an Iphone user that I was watching the World Cup live stream on Skyfire browser, while all he could do is get updates.
