		<description><![CDATA[I’d like to add that if you are using F9 (or Ctrl+9) shortcut for selecting paragraph formats from the status bar (or F8 or Ctrl+8 for character formats) it is useful to start each format with a unique letter combination. Like e.g. &quot;H1&quot;. For less experienced colleagues you can add a more verbose description like &quot;H1 Heading 1&quot;, &quot;BI Body Indented&quot; etc. To select the format Body Indented via the keyboard you would hit F9 b i ENTER.]]></description>
