Users familiar with the Adobe Community Help model have seen us ‘curate’ content available outside our Help systems and make them available in search, on Help & Support pages, or from Help. In much the same way, authors using RoboHelp 9 can curate related content from outside the RoboHelp Help system or knowledgebase and associate the URLs with terms that end users are likely to search.
For step-by-step instructions, see http://help.adobe.com/en_US/RoboHelp/9.0/RoboHTML/WS1b49059a33f77726-4a8d842d12b5cb44e25-8000.html
