The last step in the demo mentions that you have to upload your epub file to the Kindle store. When you upload the file, the epub file is automatically converted to a Kindle-compatible format. You can then download the project/file from the store onto the device.

Last time I checked Kindle doesn’t support ePub documents so the whole idea sort of falls apart at the end.
