1. Have you tried this workflow with Unicode languages or right-to-left languages?
2. How do you deal with text expansion?
3. How do you handle verifying the localized screenshots against a build to ensure everything looks as it should?

I can see distinct possibilities to reduce our costs by a significant margin. We’ll have to reengineer our processes but I think that the benefits will outweigh the investments in time and money. Do you know of anyone who has implemented such a method?
