Well, and what's now, only half a year later?
Technical Communication Suite has obviously abandoned the AIR concept - online help is plain HTML with the possibility to download the same cotent as PDF.
AIR has dissolved into air (or hot puff)

It's very nice to read an article about help/documentation and the basic concept of CHC I like very much.
What is still missing for me is an explanation of advanced search techniques. Examples:
a) I would like to read only new updated information from the last 2. Does this work?
If I search for example for "PDF" and Filter "all" the "old" FM 9 related information is presented first and FM 10 afterwards and not the other way round - why?
b) I would like to read only those parts of documentation which have comments by users (I would like to filter for comments).
c) I would like to filter search for special products like search for PDF only in Acrobat and FrameMaker help

Basically I miss the feedback (a LED) if I am still online or not. The term "Adobe reference only" is irritiating. In the German localization I have the check box "nur als Adobe Referenz" and the untranslated filter option "Adobe reference only". I think you always mean: "help for selected product only". The Name of the selected product otherwise is used as search term in combination with the entries and CHC searches in all help information of all Adobe Products?
