I attended the WritersUA conference for Software User Assistance in Long Beach, California last week. It was a great conference, and I enjoyed meeting with many of you this year as well. The conference this year was even more special, as we celebrated the 20th Anniversary of RoboHelp. As part of this celebration, we organized RoboHelp 9 workshop in Long Beach for the Southern California technical communication community, hosted an evening mixer, and gave away two full copies of Technical Communication Suite 3 software, which includes RoboHelp 9.  And the lucky winners are Linda Urban, and Phil Harrison. Congratulations to Linda and Phil!

We had a special guest this year to celebrate 20 glorious years of RoboHelp, Gen Kiyooka, the original creator of RoboHelp. Gen started the RoboHelp journey in 1989, and launched the first version in 1991. Thank you Gen for making time for WritersUA conference, and making the RoboHelp 20th anniversary celebration even more special.
