When multiple authors work with different chapters in a book, it is not uncommon for each document to be saved with radically different view options. One chapter may have rulers, borders and text symbols displayed. Another chapter may have all visual indicators turned off, including display of graphics. Yet another chapter may have been saved with the “grid” on. Over time, this can become irritating for the final editor.

Watch this video to learn a quick, time-saving technique that will instantly reconcile all files in your book to have the same display options.
